Waves Fitness Sports Center is located in the Cabo House villa on the banks of the lake Štěrkoviště. The owners of the Waves Fitness gym and Cabo House are successful rowers and triathletes who know how to get you in shape!

We offer to our customers a training gym where you can join one of our many classes. We also offer you a weight and cardio training area. Waves Fitness provides state-of-the-art equipment from SportsArt and Panatta.

Club amenities include a training gym, strength-training area, separate cardio area, an organic cafe, free parking, lockers, showers.

Training gym

Come and train with our certified coaches. Whether it's a yoga class, TRX, or fitbox, everyone can join one of our many classes. MAKE A RESERVATION HERE

Our state-of-the-art equipment from SportsArt are ready to improve your stamina. You can try our treadmills or elliptical machines equipped with a high definition screen with an internet connection.

Strength-training area

Here you can do your workouts on Panatta machines, which offer a unique design and perfect biomechanics. Our machines will satisfy the demands of both sports enthusiasts and professionals.

Coffee bar

Are you hungry or do you want to have a good cup of coffee? We are proudly serving Fiery Bean coffee – family coffee roaster. Each month we serve coffee from another country. For those looking for some energy drinks, pre-workout shots, cocktails or protein shake we are here for you.

*** With our member card you can pay both for all our services and at the bar. It means that you don't have to have cash or a bank card with you! Furthermore, as a member card owner, you will receive discounts from our partners.

What is good to know
The deposit is valid for 12 calendar months from the last deposit top up. After this period, the unused deposit will be forfeited. The deposit cannot be paid with benefit programs.
The system checks the deposit for a possible cancellation fee. If you do not have a sufficient funds on your account, you cannot make reservations.
The minimum capacity at which the lesson takes place is three people. If the minimum capacity of the lesson is not met, then this lesson is automatically canceled 3 hours before the beginning. In this case, you are not charged a cancellation fee. The maximum capacity of the gym classes is 15 people, depending on the type of lesson, the maximum capacity may be different.
You can pay in cash or by bank card at the reception desk. You can also top up the deposit in cash or bank card.

AUTONOMOUS ENTRY

Entry is possible via the user's barcode id, wavesfitness membership card, or multisport card

ENTRY VIA ID USER BARCODE (displayed on mobile phone)

- if you don't have one, create your account at http://account.wavesfitness.cz
- log in to your account.
- if you don't have a season ticket or credit, top it up to at least the amount of the entrance fee, or you can buy a monthly season ticket in your account via the payment gateway, or just a "One-time ticket" which allows you to enter wavesfitness once and is valid for one day.
- on the home page of your account, click on the display icon of the user's id code and, after displaying it, place it approx. 10 cm in front of the reader.
- after successful identification you will be allowed to enter, or a credit in the amount of entry will be deducted if you are not a time pass holder.

ACCESS TO WAVESFITNESS MEMBERSHIP CARD

- attach the membership card to the code reader.
- after presenting the card, the entry authorization will be checked, i.e. that you must either have a valid season ticket or credit in the amount of one entry, which will be deducted when you present the card.
- If you do not have a valid season ticket or sufficient credit, you can purchase it online by logging into your account at http://account.wavesfitness.cz.
- after successful identification you will be allowed to enter, or a credit in the amount of entry will be deducted if you are not a time pass holder.

ACCESS TO MULTISPORT CARD

- attach the multisport card to the code reader.
- after applying the card, the entry authorization will be checked.(if you do not have a multisport card with a QR code, you must
register with us and you will be assigned your multisport card to your wavesfitness account at the reception.
- after successful identification, you will be allowed to enter and the use will be recorded at multisport.
